Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, Rohnin can arrange delivery at a time to suit your needs, usually Same day or next day (except Sunday).
Our standard delivery is based on a one man delivery to your home, product unpacked and put into the kitchen. Should there be stairs to negotiate or any other
problems to overcome we are happy to attempt to move the goods into place, however should the product get damaged due to difficulty getting upstairs then this
would be the customers responsibility. We can supply additional labour for upstairs delivery, but an extra charge will be made we would be happy to provide you
with a quote.

As no two delivery’s are the same we take a ”common sense” approach to delivery of the goods we sell & can usually meet our customer needs without anybody
feeling hard done buy.

Installation is an area we contract out to suitability qualified personnel.






Rohnin only sell new appliances, all of which carry the full manufactures warranty. Generally this is a minimum of one year parts & labour.

On major white goods (washers, fridge-freezer, cookers & dishwashers manufactures will service the appliance in your home. As a rule they will expect some
basic information such as model number, date of purchase & nature of the fault. They will then arrange for an engineer to call out to effect a repair to the appliance.
Rohnin are happy to arrange after sales calls on behalf of customers.

On small appliances & vacuum cleaners many manufactures operate a exchange policy, Rohnin will gladly exchange goods that fail during the manufactures warranty
period for the same model or a similar model sold at the same price if the original model has been superseded. Subject to the goods actually being faulty, this does
not cover breakable items like lamps & glass turntables.
